"Sleepy Kundalini" was composed & recorded in early 1996. The track is based on acid basslines from a Roland TB303 analogue synthesizer plus drones from a variety of other synthesizers and tape loops.
AYA's Robot Citizen was inspired to make this track after performing live at the January 1996 Sydney Big Day Out music festival as part of "CLANBERRA" ie. Clan Analogue Canberra's electronic music "super-band"; which was also called "STOAT". That group also included members of Biftek and Dark Network. See a picture of the event poster at

This track is similar in style to some of the music that the "CLANBERRA" band made for that performance. The style was sometimes referred to as "stoner house".
This track was released on cassettes and CDR albums, via labels in Australia, Europe & the USA, with the title "Erleuchtung"; translates from German to "Enlightenment". Sometimes the French phrase "Chercher Les Lumieres" was employed. However, long-term, the original working title of "Sleepy Kundalini" feels most appropriate.

The AYA music project - an offshoot of EYE (music band) - morphed into 2 other projects in the late 1990s:
i) "DJ Citizen" was the title used to release heavier post-industrial music with big doses of powernoise, power electronics, aggrotech & glitch-hop. See
www.DJCitizen.com to hear that music via bandcamp.
That title was also employed for DJing in alternative music club nights and community radio shows broadcast in Australian cities.
ii) From 1999 the more accessible electronica dance music that EYE produced was released & performed live under the title of "E.L.F." (or "ELF"). See
